Krea 2 on your Mac

Krea 2 Turbo is supported in ZImageApp v2.1.0 through a native Swift / MLX pipeline for Apple Silicon. Download a compatible Krea model package from the app, or point Settings → Models → Krea to your existing package.

The Krea generation panel provides model controls and optional FP16 Dense computation. Use adapters that match the model and workflow. The installer includes the inference code; model weights and optional adapters are separate downloads.

How to get started

Install the v2.1.0 Apple Silicon app on macOS 15 or later.
Select Krea and download or locate a compatible Krea 2 Turbo MLX package.
Enter a prompt, choose the supported settings, and compare optional Dense mode with the default path.

Does the Krea 2 Mac installer include model weights?

No. The DMG includes the app and native runtime resources. Download a compatible model package in the app or choose an existing local package.
